Summer Eats

My easiest and best recipe isn’t written down anywhere so I’ll do my best to accurately get it right.

Fruit Salad
1 banana
1 apple
1 orange
1 small bunch of grapes
1 kiwi
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 tub whip cream

Dice all fruit into bite size pieces in a large mixing bowl. Add walnuts and whip cream and stir. Refrigerate until serving time.

Without the whip cream, the fruit will brown so be sure to add it immediately. Add or take away any fruit that you like. It’s a healthy dessert that I make for pot luck dinners or barbecues. (Minus the bananas! Yuck!)
